Job summary

Trigyn Technologies, INC. seeks an experienced IT Change Management Lead to guide the people side of a major modernization initiative in Baltimore, MD. The role blends technology, communication, and organizational development to drive adoption across city agencies.

You will lead change strategies, stakeholder engagement, training design, and cross-team collaboration with PMO and technical teams to ensure timely, effective implementation and sustained benefits for residents and businesses.

Qualifications

• Six years of Organizational Change Management experience in large organizations.
• Experience leading enterprise change management efforts for large organizations.
• Familiarity with HR business processes and information systems.
• Prosci, SHRM, or equivalent certifications.
• Knowledge of Articulate or other online training tools.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Change Management Strategy: Develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive change management plan aligned with project objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Drive Communication and Engagement: Analyze stakeholder needs and readiness; develop and deliver clear communication strategies and materials.
• Develop and Deliver Training: Design training strategies and learning plans; create job aids and guidance for diverse audiences.
• Foster Collaboration and Relationships: Build credible relationships with agency partners, project teams, and leadership; advise leaders navigating change.
• Champion Best Practices: Guide stakeholders in adopting leading change management approaches for cloud-based and enterprise system implementations; identify process improvements.
• Contribute to a Culture of Learning: Participate as an engaged team member, share insights, and support the client’s change management capacity.
