Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Manager, Tax for a central Ohio CPA firm. You will lead tax engagements for small to mid-sized businesses, manage associates, and provide senior tax guidance with a focus on family-owned and high-wealth clients. This role emphasizes work‑life balance and potential partner trajectory.

You bring 8+ years in public accounting, a CPA, and hands-on coaching experience. Real estate knowledge is a plus, and you will use UltraTax, QuickBooks, RIA, and Excel daily.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of public accounting experience.
• Degree in Accounting and active CPA status.
• Experience as Sr. Tax Accountant for small businesses and high-wealth individuals.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and reviewing staff.
• Strong tax knowledge across C-corps, S-corps, partnerships and LLCs.
• Real estate/construction sector familiarity is a plus.
• Client-facing role with CFOs and financial executives experience.
• Proficient with UltraTax, QuickBooks, RIA and Excel.
