You'll work with not-for-profits and individual business owners, navigate complex tax structures, and help clients preserve assets while balancing a demanding schedule with a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Degree in Accounting and active CPA status.
• Experience managing associates and reviewing work.
• Strong understanding of tax for C-corps, S-corps, partnerships, LLCs.
• Familiarity with real estate/construction sector is a plus.
• Client-facing role with CFOs and financial executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax engagements for small to mid-sized clients.
• Coach and mentor tax team members.
• Review tax returns and planning for clients.
• Collaborate with CFOs and controllers on strategies.
