Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in public accounting.
• Degree in Accounting and active CPA status.
• Experience managing associates; coaching/mentoring; performing reviews.
• Strong understanding of tax accounting for C-corps, S-corps, partnerships, LLCs, etc.
• Familiarity with real estate/construction sector is a plus; knowledge of various partnership tax implications.
• Client-facing role with strong interpersonal and relationship skills.
• Proficient with UltraTax, QuickBooks, RIA, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor tax staff; conduct reviews.
• Work closely with clients to understand tax situations and provide guidance.
• Manage tax engagements for diverse entities and ensure compliance.
