Rea is expanding its Medina/Independence offices and seeks a Tax Manager to lead a team of tax professionals. You will advise clients on federal and state tax issues, evaluate alternatives to minimize tax burden, and communicate complex tax concepts to stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, technical tax knowledge, and the ability to drive business development while maintaining high client service standards. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in taxation and tax planning.
• Supervisory experience leading tax professionals.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tax, Accounting or related field; CPA certified.

Responsabilités

• Advise clients on federal and state tax implications of business objectives.
• Lead research to address complex tax issues and communicate findings clearly.
• Manage engagement workflow, resources, and billing for a portfolio of tax projects.
• Provide tax consultations, planning services, and risk assessment for clients.
