Job summary

EisnerAmper LLP seeks a Tax Manager for the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. The role oversees multiple client engagements, reviews complex tax returns, and mentors staff while driving research and knowledge expansion.

The hybrid schedule requires three days in the office and commuting to various offices. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, client management skills, and the ability to grow expertise within firm niches, initiatives, and client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of recent tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience in public accounting or public/corporate mix.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities.
• Supervise and train associates and seniors to ensure quality work and development.
• Build strong client relationships and coordinate with firm leadership on engagements.
• Ensure timely time and billing for self and team and pursue new client opportunities.
