EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Manager for the Private Client Services (PCS) practice in Dallas, offering hybrid work options. The role focuses on overseeing multiple client engagements, reviewing complex returns, and developing staff while maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will lead in tax compliance and planning, manage deadlines, and mentor junior staff, with CPA or EA certification and 4+ years of tax experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent field required.
• 4+ years of tax compliance or tax consulting experience.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification required.
• Experience with private client services or similar tax practices is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Train, supervise and develop associates and seniors.
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
• Build relationships with clients and firm leadership.
• Stay updated on tax laws and ensure compliance across engagements.
• Mentor junior team members and manage time/billing for the team.
