EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Manager to join the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. The role oversees multiple client engagements, reviews complex returns, and mentors staff. The position offers a flexible, hybrid work model with offices in multiple locations, including Dallas.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in accounting, 4+ years of tax experience, and CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification. Preference for Master’s in Taxation and experience with GoSystems or CCH Axcess.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
• 4+ years of tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience in public accounting or public/Corporate mix.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Train, supervise and develop associates and seniors.
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities.
• Build relationships with clients and with firm leadership.
• Cultivate expertise aligned with firm niches and needs.
• Maintain accurate time and billing for self and team.
• Learn client business and meet deadlines for assigned tasks.
• Initiate client relationship development and participate in client seminars.
• Stay updated on tax laws and apply new knowledge to engagements.
• Collaborate with tax professionals to coordinate services.
• Mentor junior team members.
