CLA is seeking a Tax Manager or Director to support our tax practice in California. Lead, schedule, supervise, and review tax engagements for clients, while developing and mentoring team members.

You will work on business processes such as succession and tax planning, and help clients grow their businesses. Minimum requirements: Bachelor's in accounting/finance, 6 years tax experience, CPA (EA/JD may be accepted).

What You Will Need

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience serving in a tax role with public accounting and/or professional services firm preferred.
• 6 years of relevant experience is required.
• CPA required (EA or JD may be accepted in lieu of CPA certification)

Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.

Wage range in California is $115,000 - $194,000.00 Annual
