CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Tax Manager or Director in California to lead tax engagements and client consultations. The role emphasizes mentoring staff and delivering strategic tax planning for clients across diverse industries.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and a CPA (EA or JD may be accepted). Expect a collaborative culture, ongoing training, and opportunities to impact clients and communities.

CLA is looking for a Tax Manager or Director to support our tax practice!

What You Will Need

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.

Wage range in California is $115,000 - $194,000.00 Annual
