CLA is seeking a Tax Director or Manager to join our Tax practice in Colorado. This role emphasizes leading tax engagements, mentoring staff, and delivering strategic guidance to clients.

With 6 years of tax experience and a CPA, you will supervise engagements, review returns, and build long-term client relationships while contributing to CLA's collaborative culture. Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in tax at a public accounting or professional services firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA required (EA or JD may be accepted in lieu of CPA certification).

• Ability to help others grow and contribute to a high-performing team.

For Colorado, the posting range for this role is $107,000 - $175,000.
