Qualifications

• Lead client-facing tax planning conversations.
• Mentor and develop staff; review their work and provide feedback.
• Serve as trusted advisor to small business owners and drive advisory services.
• Help grow and modernize the Warrensburg office with a local presence.
• Collaborate with leadership on client experience, pricing, and process improvements.
