Capstone, a fast-growing CPA firm with offices across the western U.S., seeks an experienced Tax Manager to join our tax team. This role focuses on preparing and reviewing the most complex tax returns, and performing advanced tax research.

You will oversee workflow for tax staff and seniors, deliver proactive tax advisory services, and ensure quality control and profitability across engagements within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Current CPA license required.
• Minimum 5+ years of tax experience.
• Ability to work directly with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review the most complex tax returns.
• Conduct advanced tax research.
