Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong technical tax experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
• Experience reviewing multiple types of tax returns.
• Strong tax research, planning, and projection experience.
• Experience training and developing staff.
• Strong client-facing and relationship management experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and coach teams.
• Strong understanding of professional services and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage client assignments and projects delivering high‑quality tax services.
• Lead staff assignments, training, coaching, and development.
• Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects and resources.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and serve as a bridge between clients, staff, and partners.
• Ensure staff understand and follow established procedures and that returns are accurate and documented.
