Job summary

Platform Accounting Group is seeking a Tax Manager to lead tax reviews, client advisory, and growth with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will mentor staff, manage workflow, and own relationships across tax returns for individuals, businesses, estates, and trusts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership and estate tax returns.
• BA or higher degree in accounting.
• CPA or EA certification is required.
• Prior team management experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach/Mentor staff to enhance skills and career development.
• Manage office workflow and procedures.
• Lead client engagement and become relationship owner.
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates.
• Provide advisory services related to tax, finance and business practices.

What you will do:

• Provide advisory services to clients related to tax, finance & business practices
