Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in tax planning and compliance for high net worth individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
• Strong leadership and client-service orientation.
• Knowledge of S Corp structures, tax returns, and review processes.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax planning, preparation, and review of federal and state returns for high net worth individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
• Provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to clients.
• Oversee budgeting, billing, and project performance for engagements.
• Perform technical review and approval of tax returns and examinations.
• Lead and mentor the tax team, driving development and performance.
