Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years in tax planning and compliance for federal/state tax.
• Experience with high net worth individuals, corporations, partnerships.
• Strong leadership and client-service skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage and coordinate tax planning, prep and review of federal/state taxes.
• Provide innovative tax planning and compliance for clients.
• Oversee budget, billing, and collections for engagements.
• Conduct technical review and approvals of tax returns.
• Lead and mentor the Tax team, guiding development and motivation.
• Develop tax strategies to save clients money and grow their business.
