Jobot is seeking an experienced Tax Manager in Oregon to lead tax engagements for individuals, fiduciaries, and businesses. You will review complex returns, develop proactive tax strategies, and serve as the primary contact for clients while mentoring staff and contributing to firm leadership.

Ideal candidates hold an active CPA license with senior-level public accounting tax experience and a track record of building client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license.
• Senior Manager/Partner-level tax experience in public accounting.
• Experience reviewing returns and delivering tax strategy.
• Ability to lead engagements and develop client relationships.
• Interest in firm leadership and potential partnership.
• Big 4 or regional firm experience a plus.
• Experience with project-based ERP billing.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax engagements for individuals, fiduciaries, and businesses.
• Review complex tax returns and develop proactive tax strategies.
• Serve as primary point of contact for new and existing clients.
• Mentor and guide staff and senior accountants.
• Participate in business development, community presence, and firm leadership.
