Baker Tilly is hiring a Tax Manager to deliver tax and business advisory services to small business clients in the United States. You will work with firm leadership to serve clients, develop staff, and help grow the practice with a focus on high-quality client service and professional development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA or JD required.
5+ years of experience providing federal and state tax compliance, accounting and advisory services.
2+ years of supervisory experience.
Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills.
Ability to lead and supervise others and deliver exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

Be a trusted member of the team providing tax, accounting and advisory services to small business clients.
Oversee accounting, bookkeeping and prepared or compiled financials for clients.
Review and analyze accounting records and discuss matters with clients.
Deliver best-in-class service with responsiveness, timeliness and accuracy.
Lead client engagements and improve processes for client services and implementation.
