Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member providing tax, accounting, and advisory services to small business clients.
• Oversee accounting, bookkeeping and financial statements.
• Review and discuss accounting records with clients and provide analysis.
• Deliver superior client service with responsiveness and accuracy.
• Lead client engagements and improve processes.
• Manage client relationships and assist team leaders.
• Delegate work and meet delivery deadlines.
• Stay current on local, state, and federal tax practices.
• Support staffing, billing and profitability targets.
• Develop relationships internally and externally.
