Qualificações

• Five (5)+ years of experience providing federal and state tax compliance, accounting and advisory services in a professional services firm.
• Two (2)+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
• CPA or JD required; Bachelor's degree in accounting; strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Responsabilidades

• Be a trusted member of the team providing tax, accounting and advisory services to small business clients.
• Oversee accounting, bookkeeping and financial statements preparation or compilation.
• Review accounting records with clients and provide analysis and consultation.
• Deliver outstanding client service, staying responsive, timely, and accurate.
• Lead client engagements and evaluate processes to improve efficiency and controls.
• Manage client relationships and assist team leaders in researching additional services.
