RSM US LLP in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Tax Manager to lead complex corporate tax engagements for public and private clients. You will mentor staff, supervise preparation and review of ASC 740 tax provisions, and coordinate client service across teams while managing risk for the client and firm.

You will advise on tax planning, research, and compliance, including potential mergers and acquisitions activities, staying current with tax law changes and industry developments.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or related field required.
• CPA, JD, LLM, or EA certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years with corporate tax in public accounting.
• Experience with ASC 740 tax provisions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and coach staff; provide performance feedback.
• Review complex corporate tax returns and ASC 740 work.
• Coordinate tax planning, research, and compliance for clients.
