Job summary

RSM US LLP in Seattle is seeking a Tax Manager to lead complex corporate tax engagements and drive client service excellence. You will advise on planning, research, compliance, and mergers & acquisitions, while mentoring staff and coordinating service delivery.

In this role you will review complex returns, communicate effectively with clients and teams, and contribute to business development. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in public accounting.
• Experience with C-Corps.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed review of complex corporate tax returns.
• Mentor and develop staff; provide performance feedback.
• Support tax planning, research, compliance, and mergers & acquisitions activities.
• Coordinate tax client service and liaise with stakeholders.
• Assist with new business development and client service delivery.
