Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant public accounting / tax experience.

• Collaborative, team-first approach with a willingness to mentor others.
• Comfortable working predominantly in-office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review complex tax engagements across a diverse client portfolio.
• Identify wider accounting, tax and business issues beyond traditional compliance.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Provide proactive tax planning and advisory support.
• Communicate complex technical matters clearly and confidently to clients.
• Manage, mentor and develop junior and senior members of the team.
• Collaborate across tax, accounting and advisory functions to solve client problems.
