Qualifications

• Significant public accounting tax experience.
• Strong technical knowledge across individual and business taxation.
• Experience advising privately held businesses and their owners.
• Strong client relationship and advisory capabilities.
• Experience reviewing and overseeing complex tax engagements.
• Ability to mentor and develop tax professionals.
• Commercial awareness and the confidence to advise clients beyond tax compliance.
• Ability to operate effectively at Partner level.
• Experience across HNW individuals, estates and trusts, business succession or closely held business advisory would be particularly valuable.
