Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and manage complex individual, partnership, S corporation, C corporation, trust, and family group tax returns.
• Provide proactive tax planning for business owners and high-net-worth individuals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate tax strategies into broader planning.
• Establish processes and best practices as the tax offering grows.
• Serve as a trusted tax resource for clients and research complex tax issues.

The firm serves successful business owners, executives, and family groups and has a built-in client base with ongoing needs for sophisticated tax planning and compliance support. The focus is on serving existing clients — not generating new business or building a book of business.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage complex individual, partnership, S corporation, C corporation, trust, and family group tax returns
• Provide proactive tax planning for business owners and high-net-worth individuals
• Work closely with financial advisors to integrate tax strategies into broader financial planning
• Serve as a trusted tax resource for clients
• Research complex tax issues and communicate recommendations clearly
• Help establish processes, workflows, and best practices as the tax offering grows
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a high level of client service

Qualifications

• Active CPA required
• 8+ years of tax experience preferred
• Public accounting / CPA firm experience required
• Strong experience working with business owners, closely held companies, and high-net-worth individuals
• Ability to independently manage complex tax matters
• Strong technical tax and research skills
• Excellent client communication and relationship-management skills
