Qualifications

• 4–6 years of recent public accounting experience with a focus on tax.
• CPA strongly preferred; required for advancement to Partner track.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and staff development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and other entities.
• Provide tax planning strategies and consulting for a diverse client base.
• Manage multiple priorities and client demands in a fast-paced environment.

This role will assist with tax compliance and planning for a wide range of clients, including businesses in healthcare, construction, real estate, manufacturing, broker-dealers, and professional services, as well as high-net-worth individuals.
