• Conduct in-depth research on complex tax matters and communicate findings clearly in written reports.

• Drive client service excellence and foster long-term relationships.
• Support business development through proposals and client acquisition.
• Mentor and manage tax professionals, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Manage resources, budgets, and project workflows for timely delivery.
• Maintain technical expertise via Continuing Professional Education (CPE).
• Contribute to thought leadership through publications and internal training.
