Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, taxation or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting or a mix of corporate and public accounting.
• CPA license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements and internal meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance and advisory services for individuals (1040, 1040-NR), partnerships (1065), and corporations (1120, 1120-S).
• Conduct in-depth research on complex tax matters and communicate findings clearly through written reports.
• Review tax return preparations for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to identify issues and offer insights.
• Drive client service excellence and foster long-term relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Support client growth and retention through strategic planning and business development.
• Contribute to business development by supporting proposals and client acquisition.
• Mentor and manage tax professionals to build a high-performing team.
• Manage resources, budgets, and project workflows to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain technical expertise through continuing professional education (CPE).
• Contribute to thought leadership by authoring publications and leading internal training.
• Represent the firm at industry events to enhance brand visibility.
