Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax.
• CPA License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance and advisory services for individuals (Forms 1040, 1040-NR), partnerships (Form 1065), and corporations (Forms 1120, 1120-S).
• Conduct in-depth research on complex tax matters and communicate findings clearly through reports.
• Review tax return preparations for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to identify tax issues and provide practical solutions.
• Support client growth and retention through strategic planning and business development.
• Mentor and manage tax professionals, providing coaching and career development.
• Manage resources, budgets, and workflows to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Maintain technical expertise through ongoing Continuing Professional Education (CPE).
• Represent the firm at industry events and network to cultivate opportunities.
