Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance and advisory services for individuals, partnerships, and corporations across industries.
• Conduct in-depth research on complex tax matters and communicate findings clearly in reports.
• Review tax returns for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to identify issues and provide practical solutions.
• Drive client service excellence and build long-term advisory relationships.
• Support client growth and retention through strategic planning and business development.
• Mentor tax professionals and provide coaching and career development.
• Manage resources, budgets, and project workflows to ensure timely, cost-effective engagements.
• Maintain technical expertise through Continuing Professional Education (CPE).
• Contribute to thought leadership and internal training sessions.
• Represent the firm at industry events to enhance brand visibility.
