Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field required.
• 2+ years of relevant tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax.
• Must be eligible to sit for the CPA exam.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements and internal meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to individuals (Forms 1040, 1040-NR), partnerships (Form 1065), and corporations (Forms 1120, 1120-S).
• Deliver exceptional client service through timely, unmatched support and cultivate strong relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with client management to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
• Take ownership of tasks, organize workflows, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion within budget and scope.
• Utilize technology tools effectively and strive for process improvements through innovation.
• Complete Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements to maintain proficiency.
• Contribute insights to proposals and articulate the firm's capabilities and expertise.
• Represent the firm at campus recruiting events to promote opportunities.
