Position Overview We are seeking a Tax Manager to join our team on a partner-track path. • Ensure the highest standards of technical quality and attention to detail
• Manage and develop client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor

• Work proactively with clients on tax planning strategies
• Review individual and business tax returns for accuracy and compliance
• Mentor and guide staff to maintain quality and consistency in deliverables
• Participate in firm management, strategic planning, and decision-making

• CPA license required
• At minimum 8-10 years public accounting experience
• Experience with Thomson Reuters suite is preferred, though not required
• Strong experience reviewing individual and business tax returns
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
