We’re looking for a Tax Manager to join a growing, dynamic team that supports a diverse client portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with firm leadership, play a key role in tax strategy, and help shape the future of the tax services division. What You’ll Do:

• Lead corporate tax engagements and ensure all compliance deadlines are met.
• Review and prepare corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns (varying complexities).
• Oversee tax provisions
• Assist clients with quarterly and year-end estimates for strategic tax planning.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted tax advisor.
• Manage engagement planning, workflow delegation, and team efficiency.
• Take charge of engagement profitability, including billing and collections.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering professional growth.
• Identify growth opportunities for the tax practice and contribute to business development.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years of tax experience in public accounting, with a focus on corporate and partnership taxation.
• Hands-on experience in tax compliance with a regional or national firm.
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A commitment to high-quality client service and professional integrity.
• Experience with a Big 4, national, or regional firm.
• Familiarity with tax software
• A passion for expanding tax services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (Tax, Accounting, or Law) is a plus.
• Active CPA license required.
