Qualifications

• Approximately 6 years of relevant experience in corporate tax, with a strong focus on compliance.
• Experience with both public accounting and corporate environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local income tax returns.
• Review quarterly and annual tax provisions in accordance with GAAP.
• Prepare and review quarterly estimates and year-end projections.

A well-established and growing organization is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Manager to join its corporate tax team. This role will focus heavily on income tax compliance while also contributing to tax provision work, audit readiness, and overall process improvements. The ideal candidate brings a mix of public and corporate tax experience and thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local income tax returns for the organization and affiliated entities
• Review quarterly and annual tax provisions in accordance with GAAP, supporting financial statement audits
• Prepare and review quarterly estimates, year-end projections, and apportionment schedules
• Maintain accurate records for tax basis depreciation, intangible assets, and deferred tax balances
• Reconcile general ledger accounts related to tax expense and liabilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Approximately 6 years of relevant experience in corporate tax, with a strong focus on compliance
• Experience with both public accounting and corporate environments preferred
• Experience with Thomson Reuters OneSource Income Tax software
