One of the largest private companies in Dallas is hiring an Accounting Supervisor to lead an offshore team, own full-cycle accounting, and help scale a multi-billion-dollar business. You’ll join a people-first team with excellent work-life balance, rapid promotion potential, and equity potential.

• CPA (or actively pursuing) required.
• 3+ years' experience and bring a background from public accounting training.
• Lead close, MD&A, reconciliations, integration tasks - understand the "why" behind the numbers and tell the story regarding the financial health of each business unit.
• Prepare for a greater leadership responsibility in a fast-paced, collaborative, in-office environment.

Broader Role Responsibilities:

• Partner with business units to clarify financial data and support integrations.
• Oversee full-cycle accounting for various business units, including P&L understanding, seasonality, and business relationships.
• Supervise and review work of a small offshore team, including reconciliations, supporting various monthly deliverables.
• Own MD&A and ensure accuracy based on risk matrices and KPI dashboards.
• Track exceptions, error logs, and performance trends to drive improvements.
• Assist with internal/external audits and lead ad hoc financial projects.
• Support Treasury on carrier transfers and bank account needs.
