Qualifications

• Ten or more years of prior relevant tax experience.
• CPA, attorney or EA certification or equivalent preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Tax Compliance: manage client tax compliance while minimizing burdens.
• Research: frame issues clearly and report analysis.
• ASC 740/FIN 48 tax accruals: apply firm policies and provision expertise.
• Tax Consulting: develop and implement tax optimization strategies.
• Tax Specialization: develop deep expertise in one or more tax areas.
• Strategy Development: present complex tax strategies to clients.
