Qualifications

• Sophomore or junior accounting student.
• GPA 3.0+; leadership and campus involvement valued.
• Pursuing CPA designation.

Responsibilities

• Receive training on federal and state tax preparation, tax research, tax laws, and HBK software.
• Attend a week‑long 1040 Tax Training Program.
• Contribute to the firm by providing timely and high‑quality work products.
• Work closely with team members across all levels of the organization and perform many of the same responsibilities as a first‑year associate.
• Gain hands on training on how to prepare tax returns (individual and corporate).
• Gain a better understanding of how public accounting firms operate.
• Strengthen communication, analytical, and professional skills through hands‑on experience.
