Responsibilities

• Receiving training on federal and state tax preparation, tax research, tax laws, and HBK software.
• Attending a week-long 1040 Tax Training Program.
• Contributing to the firm by providing timely and high-quality work products.
• Working closely with team members across all levels and performing many responsibilities of a first-year associate.
• Gaining hands-on training on preparing tax returns (individual and corporate).
• Gaining an understanding of how public accounting firms operate.
• Strengthening communication, analytical, and professional skills through hands-on experience.
• Gaining insight into building a successful career in public accounting.
