Qualifications

• Pursuing accounting major with GPA aim of 3.0+.
• Strong computer, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a collaborative team.
• Pursuing CPA designation is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Training on federal and state tax preparation, tax research, and HBK software.
• Attend a week-long 1040 Tax Training Program.
• Contribute high-quality work products in a team setting.
• Work with team members across levels, performing responsibilities of a first-year associate.
• Gain hands-on training on preparing tax returns (individual and corporate).
• Learn how public accounting firms operate and build professional skills.
