Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for clients at a TurboTax location. You will build relationships with the local community and drive growth through outreach and partnerships.

You will work with a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience, in-person and via digital tools.

Qualifications

• Credentialed tax professional with EA/CPA/Attny status.
• Minimum 3 years of tax prep experience; 30+ federal/state returns.
• Willing to work on-site 20+ hours/week, 8:00–5:00 schedule.
• Must reside in the United States; US licensing where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete TurboTax returns for clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to serve clients.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience both in person and via video tools.
