Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve positive financial outcomes while delivering exceptional customer service.

As a TurboTax - Retail Expert, you’ll provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support onsite.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess/state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as required.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
