Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person, helping them navigate complex tax situations and maximize refunds. You will also help grow the local TurboTax client base by engaging with the community and building long-term relationships, supported by TurboTax marketing and tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• PTIN is required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain relevant state licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns/season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers (personal and business).
• Facilitate deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide tax planning guidance.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and relationship building.
• Interact with customers on-site and using Intuit CRM/tools to deliver exceptional service.
