Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to advise customers on tax needs and provide hands-on return preparation in our retail locations across the United States. You will engage with the community, grow your client base, and support Intuit’s mission of empowering financial well-being.

You’ll work onsite, 20+ hours weekly, with opportunities to participate in local marketing and online content creation. A CPA/EA license and fluency in English/Spanish are valued assets for this role.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays–Saturdays, 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.

Responsabilidades

• Engage prospects, nurture leads, and convert to long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts to make taxes approachable.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Utilize government sites and professional tools for accurate solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build trust with clients.
• Interact in-person and via Intuit video tools.
• Address inquiries and help clients overcome tax challenges.
