Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in on-site retail locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support in person, helping clients navigate complex tax situations.

Ideal candidates are licensed (EA/CPA/Attorney), with strong tax knowledge and a talent for building local relationships. Must reside in the US and be able to work at least 20 hours/week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license is preferred.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Lead local marketing efforts and grow TurboTax client base in the community.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
