Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services across our US locations. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize deductions, maximize refunds, and plan for future taxes.

You will build a local client base, organize community events, and connect customers with a full Intuit ecosystem of services. Ideal candidates have EA/CPA credentials, a PTIN, and 3+ years of tax filing experience using professional software.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete TurboTax client preparation, handling simple to complex returns.
• Organize local discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and establish partnerships.
• Lead local events such as financial literacy workshops and networking gatherings to boost brand awareness.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions beyond tax filing, including bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience, both in person and via video tools, addressing inquiries and challenges.
