Job summary

Intuit is hiring year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands‑on tax advice and client services at new TurboTax offices across the United States. You will drive local growth, host financial literacy events, and connect clients with Intuit solutions while delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Ideal candidates have EA/CPA/attorney credentials, strong tax prep experience, and a willingness to work onsite 20 hours/week with regular training and uniform requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and allow use of name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Build a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Introduce clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and assist clients with questions both in person and via video tools.
