Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide tax expertise, complete preparation services, and act as a trusted advisor for clients while building a local customer base and representing Intuit in community events.

You will collaborate with Intuit’s ecosystem, expand services beyond tax filing, and deliver exceptional client experiences through in-person and digital interactions.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex returns.
• Lead local outreach to build a new customer base and act as a local TurboTax ambassador.
• Develop relationships across Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
