Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping customers achieve positive financial outcomes and build trust in our brand. As a Retail Expert, you'll grow the local client base, attract new clients, and work with our marketing tools to create accessible tax guidance for your community, while wearing a TurboTax uniform and

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess/state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite 20 hours/week at a TurboTax location (Sun–Sat).
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence and content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work front-facing in retail.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers (simple to complex).
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to maximize refunds and plan taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
