Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers, building local relationships and expanding the customer base.

Ideal candidates hold an active EA/CPA/Attorney license with 3+ years of tax prep experience, PTIN, and state licenses. This is an onsite, part-time role (20+ hours/week) with a strong emphasis on community

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license; tax preparation experience required.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses/certificates/permits/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week at a TurboTax location.
• Interest in building local social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
• Must wear TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan for taxes.
• Use government sites and professional tools to deliver accurate solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build trust with clients.
• Grow the local client base and engage with the community and marketing efforts.
